Taste and Sustainability

Cheeses from the dairy, wines from our farms, homemade jams and vegetables from the greenhouse in the garden. We serve dishes made with natural ingredients according to the culinary art typical of Val Rendena. These recipes have stood the test of time, and are still appreciated for their authentic quality.

Remember to try the

“Nonna Amabile” bread dumplings. Small, crispy loaves made with a special dough with the addition of buckwheat, and “Nonna Virginia”‘s strudel, which is still made today as it was back then, stuffed with the quince from our garden.

\n

All hotel staff are very sensitive to food intolerances and aware of the correct preparation of food for those with dietary requirements.
\nHowever, we would like to stress that we are unable to source all the products locally. Should you have any particular needs or preferences, we kindly request that you inform us directly and we will guarantee that the food will be prepared and served in accordance with the protocol.
\nMeat, some types of fish, vegetables and fruit will be provided by the hotel.

At the restaurant of the Hotel Bellavista in Trentino, this is not a problem at all. We will create a vegetarian menu to your liking with appetising delicacies prepared in the summer with vegetables and herbs from our garden, combined with alpine cheeses, as well as dedicated products such as tofu or seitan cooked as you like.

\n

If you are gluten or lactose intolerant, you can enjoy your holiday at the Hotel Bellavista without having to worry about gluten-free meals: at the table you can choose from our daily proposals that will be prepared exclusively for you. Please inform us of your dietary requirements at the time of booking.

In addition to the daily menu, children can order the pasta of the incredible Hulk with “Trentino” pesto. This contains basil leaves from our garden, the legendary schnitzel (with a choice of chicken, turkey or pork) accompanied by chips, Trentingrana omelettes or cooked ham, slivers of prosciutto or tasty fresh ricotta.

Our philosophy is to promote local products such as honey, jams, fruits and cheeses while avoiding the use of industrial products as much as possible, from breakfast time onwards.

Sweet and savoury options, aromatic homemade pastries, DOC meats and cheeses from Val Rendena, natural honey and homemade jams, juices, delicious jars of candied fruit, hazelnuts, figs, plums and apricots.
\nA wide choice of local products and the products of our vegetable garden.
